Beware! Auto-reoder offer was 30% more then original purchase! Reply from Lenstore was on your first order you had special discount! All other lens sellers around have the same prices as my original order price, so claiming you had special discount biggest b... t! Do not buy from here, plenty places with better prices and no cheating!
Always very good with quick delivery and reliability - Only reason I didn't give the full 5 stars is the fact the the prices change & quite drastically sometimes. Example : just paid nearly £15 more this time than last time for my 3 monthly script. Sadly this has priced lenstore out as the last price I paid is now the same as my high street so they've lost a customer in me.

Quick and ace service. I had issues with my delivery and I was sent a replacement lenses asap from raising my concerns. Lenses are very well priced too. Highly recommend it.
Same as last time. Delivery about 5 days late. That’s twice in a row. I think I have to look elsewhere, sadly.
This has been the 3rd time ordering from this place but today I received a clear nail polish and a credit card offer with NO contacts in the box. Don't know if it's this company or customs. Buyers beware if ordering from the US. Will not be ordering from this place again.

My latest prescription fir my right eye wasn’t sent to me it was an old one. But I didn’t realise until I looked at the packet once I got home. So very disappointed.
Package arrived quickly, however, package slightly damaged and only later did I discover that three lense capsules had been damaged and saline leaked leaving me three lenses down on my order
How do I rate something I never gotten in the mail? Never received anything
Appears to be the wrong prescription as very blurry. Good fast reliable delivery though. Perhaps my optician got the prescription wrong for me. Alison wood
Delivery was over a week late and the lenses never fitted correctly.
